Adult Winter Reading Program
On these cold winter nights there's nothing like curling up with a warm beverage and a good book. With this thought in mind, "Read A Latte" was chosen as the theme for this year's adult winter reading program at the Willmar Public Library. The program runs from now until March 31. Those wishing to participate should stop in at the library to register and receive a game sheet. Participants who read five books will be eligible to receive a prize, and those who read 25 books will be entered into a grand prize drawing. For even more fun, participants may team up with others to help meet the requirements. Have fun and happy reading! Spring will be here before we know it.
Baby Lap Sit
The first years of life are the most crucial for brain developments. It may seem too early to read to infants and/or toddlers but reading to them is the beginning of a lifetime of loving books.
